Sound bath, is another form of yoga.
Utilizing Tibetan Singing Bowls.
systematically purifying each
of the 7 energy centers called “ chakras.”
For 60 minutes, we will practice our presence. Learning to focus awareness on the breath, body and mind.
This experience can lead to a deep release of trauma and emotional turmoil.
Only 10 floating in pool,
everyone else will be on a mat.
Silent, eyes closed or masked with eyes covered.
Come join, as we go on an inward journey.
